ANTHONY HAGGARTY

Tony joined the Board in March 1998 and became Chairman in February 2007. He has more than 25 years experience in all areas of coal mining in Australia and overseas. Tony was a co-founder of Excel Coal Limited and was its Managing Director until its acquisition by Peabody Energy Corporation in 2006. Tony is also a director of XLX Pty Ltd, Illawarra Coke Company Pty Ltd and Envirospheres Pty Ltd.
ROBIN MORRITT

Robin joined the Board in May 2005 following the acquisition of Australian Tungsten Pty Ltd (ATPL) by GTN Limited. He is an exploration geologist with over 30 year's experience. Robin worked with Western Mining Corporation Ltd and Pacific - Nevada Mining Pty Ltd (then a wholly owned subsidiary of Franco - Nevada Mining Pty Ltd) in Australia, the USA and Brazil. He was the founding chairman and managing director of listed company, ReLODE Limited, subsequently renamed Integra Mining Limited. Robin was a founding director of ATPL.
ANDREW PLUMMER
(Non Executive Director) BS Mining Eng Colorado School of Mines
Andy has over 30 years industry experience ranging from mining finance/investments to mining engineering and operations. Until 2006 he was an executive director of Excel Coal Ltd, where he was responsible for the group's business development activities. From 1972 to 1985, he worked for major mining companies including ARCO Coal, Utah International and Consolidation Coal. Over the past twenty years, he has been involved in the mining finance industry in Australia where he has worked for Eureka Capital Partners, Resource Finance Corporation and Westpac Banking Corporation.
ZENG SHAO XIONG
(Non-Executive Director)
Mr Zeng joined the Board in September 2008, following completion of the joint venture agreements with Hunan Nonferrous Metals (HNC).
He graduated in 1981 from the Central South Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Hunan Province, majoring in ore processing. He is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of HNC and is also Deputy General Manager of Hunan Nonferrous Metals Holding Group Co. Ltd, the parent company of HNC.
Mr Zeng appointed Mr Fan Xue Qiang to be his alternate director.
JEFF FAN
(Non-Executive Director - Alternate to ZENG SHAO XIONG) Mining Engineering MBA
Jeff Fan is Executive Deputy Manager of HNC (Australia) Resources Holding Limited. He joined HNC in 2006 after more than ten years with the Institute of Mining Research in China, the last one as Deputy Chief of Science, Technology & Industry. He was previously Secretary-general of China Non-ferrous- Metal Industry Mining Information Network and Secretary-general of the Mining Institute Committee in China.
