SIMON BIRD

Simon is an accomplished senior executive with 27 years experience in various countries and industry sectors. Until December 2008 Simon worked for property developer and manager Stockland Limited as General Manager Finance, prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer at GrainCorp Limited for six years and and spent two years as Chief Financial Officer of Wizard Mortgage Corporation.
Simon is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA). Recently appointed to the board of CPA Australia Limited, Simon is also a past director of Kosciusko Alpine Club Limited.
IAN MORGAN

Ian appointed Company Secretary on 3 August 2005. Mr Morgan is an experienced Chartered Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant, with over 25 years experience in corporate administration. Mr. Morgan consults extensively to Oakhill Hamilton Pty Ltd, a company that provides secretarial and corporate advisory services to a range of listed and unlisted companies; and is company secretary of other publicly listed companies.

45 years experience in civil, structural and mechanical engineering works & projects with some 40 years involvement in mainly mining projects. 18 years in management of mining project development and execution mainly underground and predominantly in Tasmania, viz Que River, Henty, Beaconsfield and Avebury.
Participant in many due diligence assessments and feasibility studies.

Rob has over 30 years experience in the Mining Industry throughout Australia and overseas including project design, due diligence and feasibility studies, project management, consultancy, contract management and maintenance.
SUE JOLLIFFE
(Dolphin Joint Venture Project Accountant) CPA
Sue has over 20 years' experience in various roles, industries and locations focused on management accounting and in recent years, finance management. In Sue's last role as Finance Manager with KONE Elevators Pty Ltd she was instrumental in establishing controls, processes and reporting, resulting in stabilising the Sydney Region's performance. Sue spent significant time working at Hunter Valley coal mines, namely Wambo Mining Corporation Pty Ltd and Liddell Joint Venture where she gained valuable experience with financial modelling and evaluation of projects. She has also worked for WMC Fertilizers Ltd and the University of Adelaide since commencing her career as a trainee with Alcan Aluminium Smelter.

20 years experience in mining, exploration and resource estimation throughout Australia and Sth America. Multi commodity experience including Gold, Basemetals, and Industrial Minerals.
